I like courtroom dramas, and while Conviction isn't quite as much of a courtroom drama as it is a finding-a-cardboard-box drama, it was still pretty good.
I quite like Hilary Swank, and Sam Rockwell is awesome as well. Good acting, interesting plot, two teenage kids who don't seem to age; this based on a real event drama truly has it all!
Pro tip, though; don't Google what happened after Kenny Waters was released from prison. Because that'll just burst the feel good bubble right away.
