It's a pity this entire film couldn't have been more like the final 30 minutes, where the raw emotion and power finally took over. Instead we were captured with a cliched and familiar-feeling plot riddled with interruptions where it actually felt like the film was leaving its tracks to present some of Joy Division's most infamous hits.
Let's just hope a "Control: The Dewey Cox Story" doesn't follow.
