Review of Contraband (2012) by Marco C — 20 Jul 2012
For the most part, this sensationalized story of smugglers is quite intriguing. There are very few sequences in the movie that truthfully would make an exciting suspenseful moment, yet the execution of the film grants us suspense at every turn (even when the bad guy shows up to say hi).
We also get quite a few high-powered actors in this flick, that provide some great dramatic acting to add to the flare. Overall, I would recommend this. You even get an unexpected over the top happy ending at the end to satiate the need for a happy ending?
