Definitely enjoyed this movie, as far as doomsday or apocalyptic movies go, this one is probably the most accurate iv'e seen. What happens when you have a lethal disease sweep through the country and incredible speed.
Most likely what you would see in this scenario. As far as realistic goes I would say this one is pretty close.
