Review of Contact (1997) by Tom R — 13 Aug 2009
Outstanding film about science, science-fiction, the line between and the inevitable questions associated when faith is interjected. Large cast is great (especially Bassett, Skerritt and Woods) but it's the Jodie Foster show and as usual she nails it.
Really gets you thinking thanks to a highly imaginative story adapted from Carl Sagan's novel.
