Contact takes a long time to set up, so much so, that it borders meandering. I wasn't sure where it was going or confident I wanted to finish the trip. The long developement of characters pays off in the end though.
Getting there, turns out, wasn't quite half the fun, but was certainly worth the ride. Even if it did feel like I was the one taking an eighteen hour tour, I wouldn't have missed it for the worlds.
