Review of Conor McGregor: Notorious (2017) by Mrpajamas — 08 Jul 2022

Conor McGregor will forever be a UFC legend to me. Not only a great fighter, but for me a mostly unforgettable showman who took it in his own way and cheekily made fun of everyone and also won a lot of fans, including me, with his character.

His press conferences were always a joy to watch because he always entertained, but back to the documentary. I liked him very much. There was a lot packed into an hour and a half and I was entertained the whole time and didn't really want it to end.

It went by quickly for me. The pace seemed fast to me. Nicely shot. I liked how the preparation was always shown and then the fight afterwards had momentum. The music also worked so well at certain points that I had goosebumps.

I'm really satisfied. For McGregor fans, this will probably be a sure thing. I don't know what I can say. Perhaps just a shame it wasn't longer, but then it might have been boring. I'm just saying it went by really fast when I watched it.

I enjoyed it. For me, a good documentary that I recommend to McGregor fans or MMA lovers.
