I watched this for the How Did This Get Made? podcast. Between Laura Linney overacting, Ernie Hudson's matter-of-fact diction, and Tim Curry's horrible accent is a talking gorilla. The expedition itself takes a backseat to the awful acting.
Paramount ought to be ashamed for greenlighting this Crichton 'adaptation.'.
