No, Just No. This movie is bad on multiple levels. Between the completely unrealistic looking apes that give the guy in the ape suit in the Matt Leblanc classic Ed a run for his money, to the horrible accents of anyone not playing an American.
I wish the volcano at the end would have blown up in the beginning of the movie and saved me almost 2 hours. Probably one of the worst things to ever come out of Africa (well besides AIDS).
