Really this movie looks pretty and that's about it. Nothing special. It's not overly well acted and the soundtrack isn't great.
What is has is irony. The fact is was green-lit and produced before the market fell is crazy. It asked the questions we should have been asking before anyone dared ask. However, it came out after the market crash and therefore hits way too close to home. That's the problem with this movie but sadly shouldn't be.
