A well made flick about an extremely weird topic. Clooney did a good job recreating the various shows Barris created, and you can somehow feel the era in which they all occurred. It is hard to make a guy like Barris seem deserving of our pity, but I think that overall the movie pulls it off.
Not for everyone though. You need to want to learn about Chuck Barris.
