It is a beautiful time piece, full of poetry. Seeing Gainsbourg and Doherty together makes me happy. They both have a down to earth emotional expression which is a pleasant break from unnatural excessive and fake acting.
This disillusoned attitude towards life and love fits Doherty like a glove. Relax, it's a charming movie not another expected Hollywood fabrication.
