It probably doesn't help that the characters in this movie were based on characters in a Saturday Night Live sketch, but it certainly explains why this movie never appears to hit the mark with international audiences.
Although amusing enough in a very 80s way (which isn't much of a compliment considering it was made in 1993), this film is a little lacking if you're looking for Shakespeare.
