Review of Coneheads (1993) by Bhav T — 18 Aug 2008
I gave this movie half a star to begin with because I remember watching it as a child - it totally traumatised me - I couldn't understand why people with giant coneheads were walking around earth and no one cared! but watching it about 15 years later (though it still freaks me out a bit) I now appreciate the acting involved and the way the movie uses the aliens to present a view of earth - love the descriptions they use to describe earth objects - and the pun on the phrase "illegal aliens".
