Review of Condorman (1981) by Gary K — 26 Jan 2009
Stars a pre-"Phantom of the Opera" Michael Crawford and Oliver Reed. This was Disney's effort to cash in on the "Superman" and James Bond box office of the late 1970s and early 1980s.
The movie is clunky, the effects are now laughable, but it's a fun movie that exists as a time capsule for a period in movies when a hero didn't need to be brooding, dark, and conflicted.
