Review of Condorman (1981) by Nyk P — 03 Sep 2009
"Too Close For Comfort" meets "The Pink Panther" meets "Knight Rider", this 1981 adventure comedy feels like it was made five or six years earlier. If you can buy into the premise that the CIA would spend any amount of money realizing a cartoonist's fantasies just to facilitate a defection (or if you're eight), you might have some fun with this movie.
Reed and Carrera are fine, but Crawford's as broad as a barn, and Jarrott's direction is rather choppy.
