Review of Concussion (2015) by Tony R — 26 Dec 2015
This film is very intense and sad. Even though it's based on a serious subject it's also very powerful! From a film making point of view it's very well done with excellent writing, but the main reason to see this film is the Oscar worthy performance of Will Smith playing a real life doctor who makes an amazing discovery that could kill football players.
Yes guys it does sound like he hates football and wants to ban this spot for good, but that's not the case, he's just trying to save people's lives. Albert Brooks and Alec Baldwin also deliver solid performances as well.
This is another terrific football related film that's well made. My grade=91%(A-).
