As I read the other reviews I am not sure what it is that I missed. I saw a well acted movie by all involved in a subject that is relevant. Football fans need to come to grips with the reality that football is a dangerous sport with serious consequences.
This film illustrates that in a fluid heartfelt manner. Will Smith did an excellent job portraying Dr. Omalu as did all the other actors. Go see it and suspend judgement. I think you'll enjoy it.
