Review of Concussion (2015) by Matt A — 14 May 2016
I can understand why Will Smith was annoyed by his lack of a nomination for this film at the 2016 Oscars. His performance alone is worth watching and deserved some form of recognition. This is a powerful film, raising awareness on the sports related brain condition, CTE.
He faced a lot of obstacles in getting his story told and at times it can be very frustrating to see what he had to overcome. Definitely worth a watch.
