Review of Conan the Destroyer (1984) by Brandon B — 31 Mar 2009
A mediocre follow up to one of Arnold's greatest films. One big mistake was watering down everything to get a PG rating so they could pack more younger people into theaters to make more money. It is very telling that money was the only motivation for this sequel when the very trailer itself says, about the first one, that Conan's greatest victory was "at the box office.
" We expected more from a Conan film. Too bad that a third one was never made to redeem the series.
