I think many people are too hard on this movie.
Does it have very bad costumes, over-the top villains, and some really bad dialog? Yes. But it also has Arnie kicking ass as always, some hilarious one-liners, and what I think is a truly great ending. It's a movie that's so bad it's good, and definitely in the "watchable" category for me.
