Review of Conan the Barbarian (2011) by Mandy A — 08 Feb 2012

I watched this with an open mind being a Fan of the material aswell as the Arnold films but this really was pretty damn shitty. Momoa had a good look and voice for the role but lacked size and prescence to be the films star, better acting and writing might've fixed this doh.

The action was pretty good, nothing epic at all or that memorable but it was good. This movie lacked the drama needed for Conan to work on film aswell as good actors. If this movie wasnt called Conan I think more people including myself would've enjoyed it more.

It would've been a solid tv film. Marcus Nipsel has become a hack director with this film doh.
