Review of Conan the Barbarian (2011) by Edward B — 10 Jul 2012
Pretty fucking dismal. It's a big mistake for the film makers to spend a quarter of the film with Conan as a wimpy little kid, thats really not what Conan is about. Three minutes of intro would have covered it, the plot was shit anyway, building the history to improve the revenge finale didn't matter.
Some of the action was decent, but it was peppered with shitty CG effects. Watchable, but entirely forgettable.
