Review of Conan the Barbarian (2011) by Hugo Hernando C — 18 Jan 2012

At the start you think the critic just could not understand that this is a 'sit back and enjoy the fun' movie because at the beginning you can see some potencial despite everything being way over the top.

But before long you realize just how flat the movie falls. The plot is slow, the action is nothing you haven't seen before, the villain is one dimensional, Conan himself is not inspiring or exciting, and the love story aspect is completely pointless.

Unless you take a few hits to the head, this movie might be difficult to digest.
