Review of Conan the Barbarian (1982) by Fernando D — 16 May 2013
Conan the Barbarian is one of most accurate examples of a fantasy movie. The visuals and the atmosphere are exactly what comes to mind when you think fantasy; you know, the sword fights, sorcery, magic, and all that stuff, plus we have Arnold doing what he does best, crushing men with his bare hands and stabbing giant creatures.
Of course it has some cheesy and even laughable dialogues, but come on, you don't watch this movie for the plot or the dialogues, and Conan The Barbarian delievers what you expect, and does it brilliantly.
