Review of Conan the Barbarian (1982) by Marj D — 15 Nov 2010

I've loved this film for a long time, mostly because it is so cheesy. I just watched a copy I picked up on DVD recently and was delighted to discover it was a new cut of the film. There are added bits where Conan waxes philosophical on life and the Princess helps him infiltrate Thulsa Doom's fortress at the end.

Blimey! A cheesy film I've loved for a long time suddenly has depth, it's like it's all growed up. Aaw. Now I just need Arnie to jump on the sequel bandwagon and make Conan 3. C'mon Arnie!!!
