Though the insight pretty much stops at "showbusiness is both good and bad," this documentary is a pretty captivating look both at what touring is like, and into the (always goofy, but sometimes surprisingly controlling) mind of the man himself.
Its a behind the scenes view that remains as funny as the acts themselves, thanks to the fact that, in the end, Conan O'Brien in real life is just as funny and engaging as he is on stage.
