Review of Con Air (1997) by Matt M — 19 Jan 2013
Frantic action thriller about a group of rapists and murderers hijacking their own plane. The film not only offers stunning action sequences at a nice pace, but also smart and snappy dialogue, and that is really more than you could ask for in a movie that apparently has little new to offer story wise, making this a surprisingly entertaining gem.
John Malkovich turns in a sinister performance as the ringleader of the hikackers.
