Really a one out of five - but such a guilty pleasure and a basic cable classic - so much is quotable - unintended bad dialog. (The Anchorman of action drama.) Name your clichee'. VIng Rhames, Nick Cage w/extensions, Steve Buscemi, John Malkovich, Chapelle - a bunch of big name actors.
It's like a trainwreck. Every time it comes on, I feel compelled to watch it.
