Review of Compliance (2012) by Gregory L — 21 Feb 2013
The manager is hardly a victim here. She had a chance to use her better judgement, she had to know it was wrong. Even if not at first, when things started to get out of hand, she could and should have done something.
I think that she finally had a chance at some real feelings of control, or management. She was manipulated, but not a victim. The was only one victim here. She is an accessory. Maybe she should not be criminally prosecuted, but there are some civil liabilities that she should be responsible for.
Bottom line, I believe she enjoyed it almost as much as her ex. They had every opportunity to stop and check the validity of this accusation/prank. What a stupid woman. No wonder she's working at a fast food restaurant at her age.
