A horror movie in the guise of a domestic drama, and all the more chilling for it. There are moments the cast doesn't quite sell, and a twist in the middle that's telegraphed a mile off, but you always believe there are people in the world stupid enough to go through the actions portrayed, even if not the people in front of you.
That rare film that gives you something to genuinely be scared of that'll follow you for hours afterwards.
