After viewing this film I was so shocked by what I had seen I decided to do some research online to verify the events depicted in this film were ALL true! Everything in the film happened exactly as it had happened in the real life incident! The only things that were changed in the film were the names, the restaurant chain, the occupation of the prank caller and the demeaner of the victim, In real life the girl was in a vulnerable state, terrified and crying throughout the whole ordeal whereas the onscreen actress was not portrayed as being in an emotionally vulnerable state of mind!

Knowing this film is true makes this film one of the most disturbing films in cinema history! The fact that similar events happened over 70 different times in 30 different states only serves to compound the horror!

It's an unbelievable story but it's true! The key to understanding how this could have happened not once but multiple times is the prankster used a position of authority (Police Officer), and made countless threats of using that power over the victim's! He used psychology as a weapon and was successful!

I have seen this film on many occasions and it still shocks me to my very core!
