This may be my favorite Schwarzenegger movie. It's a lot of macho bullshit but it sure is fun. He looks like a million bucks & kicks ass left right & center to get his daughter back. Who would have thought that Alyssa Milano would have grown up to be such a hottie? The pacing of Commando is outstanding & clicks right along never leaving a dull moment.
Violent as shit & Vernon Wells as Bennette kicks ass. What a great villian. Even though it has quippy one liners they aren't annoying or strained. This become a pattern for most action movies but here it's most palatable.
Even the music is excellent w/ James Horner delivering another great score like he did w/ 48hrs. All in all it's 80s action done right.
