At times in this film, especially in the ending scene with the main villain who has to be joking with that performance, you'll wonder if they just grabbed random people off the street. "acting skill a plus" seems to have been the bar set here.
Aside from those issues, definitely worth seeing for the classic Governator one-liners..."Uh stewardess, please dont't disturb this man, he's dead tired...".
