Woefully stupid, but in the best possible way. Every single aspect of this film is bad, and that's what makes it so great. Bad acting, bad music, dumb plot, unending action, but it never ceases being fascinatingly dumb.
I absolutely love how Schwarzenegger's equal counterpart is some fat guy with skinny arms. It's brilliant camp.
