A classic comedy full of memorable moments. Eddie Murphy is amazing, and manages to not only be unbelievably funny but also create a character that could be laughable and unbelievable and make that character a believable one while still being funny.
He's concerned with making a movie, not just a sketch where everyone knows he's just making pretend. This is why Murphy is a great comic actor and not just a great comedian. The film also sports an amazing supporting cast featuring such greats as John Amos and James Earl Jones.
