Eddie murphy excels in this fish out water tale. Prince in waiting goes to American to find the lady of his dream, though truly simplistic this movie keeps the laughs coming! Arsenio hall also on the low, low steals the show from eddie.

This is eddie in his prime which means even if you could name a funnier movie than this, you probably would be naming another eddie murphy movie from the 80's when he was at his best!
