Review of Coming Home (1978) by Eric S — 31 Dec 2008
Talk about a movie showing the true effects of the war-- this is it. It was a brilliantly sad movie showing what happens when people come home from a war. It is so poignant still today. Yet in the midst of it all was a budding romance that went beyond the physical side of things which is so rare.
Jane Fonda and Jon Voight give some of the best performances of their careers together and deserved their Oscars for this roles.
