Review of Comet (2014) by Kinohi N — 02 Aug 2015
Honestly, the movie tries way to hard to keep things interesting. The plot doesn't go anywhere for most part of the movie.
It's hard rooting for a couple when you don't care at all about the characters or their development as a couple in any universe or reality.
Justin Long's character is a self proclaimed genius with delusions of greatness, who spends most of the film trying to be.
Interesting and audacious.
Emmy Rossum's character is more lovable, smart and quirky, clearly deserved better. She's probably (doubtfully) the only part that makes you want to tolerate this tiring and obnoxious love story a little bit longer.
