Review of Come See the Paradise (1990) by Dan C — 29 Mar 2008
A nice piece of history that a lot of people don't know about. Dennis Quaid makes a great fightin' Irishman, and Tamlyn Tomita and the little girl who plays their daughter are both gorgeous. And it was great to see probably every Asian actor in Hollywood get a chance at a non-stereotypical role.
I loved the son whose passion was for crooning American fox-trot tunes. Worth a view.
