A little stiff and a lot anachronistic, this tech nightmare still has interesting ideas and moments. It's a prototype of the Skynet concept in the Terminator series - in many ways a better prequel than "Terminator Salvation".
Based on the 1966 D.F. Jones novel adapted by James ("China Syndrome") Bridges.
