Ambitious but just doesn't deliver. Presumably it is all meant to be a metaphor for destructive relationships or vices, but it is all a bit ham-fisted and off key. Some of the characters' motivations are completely implausible and ludicrous.
I enjoyed the attempt of what it was trying to say, but just ended up feeling frustrated and annoyed by it all.
