'Colossal' starts off pretty stupid, with poorly motivated characters & poorly explained plot. Unfortunately, once the characters' motivations are revealed and the plot explained, it just gets even more stupid.
The real question is, how did the producers trick Hathaway & Sudeikis into acting in this? Did the producers hide the full script from the actors, feeding them one page a day?
