Review of Colombiana (2011) by Raven D — 04 Jan 2018
Preposterous movie/script (Luc Besson, what the hell man?). Right from the beginning, when they just leave the girl alone sitting there and don't even tell her to hide. But then, of course, we get the most extremely shameless "Mary Sue" (or should I say "Maria Susana") moment in film history.
After that it jumps from absurd, to ridiculous, to ludicrous. I gave it a star because Zoe managed to keep my attention throughout this insane story. Oh and, "Cataleya"?. I don't care what fucking flower they named her after, I can assure you there isn't a single human being with that name.
