For being a German action film production it isn't all that bad and has, in fact, quite some cool (car) chase sequences with great crash scenes. Thumbs up for that. But besides the sweet face of Felicity Jones and a decent performance by Nicholas Hoult it is a flick that one can watch on cable when there is really nothing else on anymore especially as Kingsley and Hopkins are far, far below their normal levels of acting.
For me personally there was a plus in that movie as everything was shot in and around my hometown Cologne. But still only 4 1/2 out of 10 points.
