Review of Collide (2016) by Brandon L — 25 Feb 2017
This movie is a non-stop freight train barreling down the tracks in a such a fury that the viewer cant help themselves from being drawn completely to the front of your seat. With that said my favorite parts of this movie were the little scenes between the actors that show the more emotional sides of these characters.
From Ben Kingsley's interaction with Anthony Hopkins, to when we see the relationship blossom between Hoult and Jones (which was simply adorable). The plot was easy to follow and the little pieces of character development ended up making the action scenes more impactful to me as a viewer because I actually understood where these characters were coming from, on all sides which made for a truly compelling action movie.
