What I loved about this movie were all the surprises around every corner. Rarely does the audience feel for "the bad guy" and this movie gave a twist on the villian... that he did at one time have a heart and maybe there are still remnants of it.
"Collateral Damage" had some pretty cool special effects but also a few shabby ones.
