I think the movie is too deep for most people. However, I did like the concept of seeing the beauty of what you have lost or do not have in your life. Look at the 3 colleagues of his and what they were losing and what kind beauty they had to find in order to see the collateral beauty in their own life.

Will Smith nailed it when they were in the board meeting together.
