The story line is pretty interesting. I love Paul Giamatti. But it just seems like it wants to be Being John Malkovich or something. Nothing really special. While watching it, it feels like things just happen, it's so dry that not much actually happens until the end.
The story seemed to be more dialouge driven than actually driven by the actors, I'm not sure that was on purpose because they had no souls. But then again, I didn't really notice a difference in Paul between souls until he had to poet.
