Bland, half-baked, full of plot holes, predictable, and at times utterly boring, Cold Pursuit is just a middle-of-the-road action movie that Liam Neeson seems to star in once a year. The performances are okay, the action is fine, but the story is a real mess.
If you're going to make a noir film, don't make it rely on sparse action scenes. However, there are some decent sound and cinematography choices that made me stick this one out until the end.
